Chicago Mayoral Election for The New York Times
It has been a month since I was in Chicago covering the historic election night. I spent the afternoon on the Southside of Chicago visiting polling locations and talking with voters, and that evening I was at Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson’s watch party downtown. Most of the images that inevitably ran in The New York Times were from the watch party, but I had a great time out working in Chicago and visiting a handful of polling places. Below you’ll find images from the watch party and links to the stories where The New York Times published the photos.
